2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No.100 of 2025 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Shahpur Patori, Samastipur.

3. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this case.

4. Permission granted.

Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that if he surrenders within 6 weeks from today and prays for regular bail, then trial court shall consider the regular bail application of the petitioner and pass order on merit without being prejudice that
