The petitioner seeks Anticipatory bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused is of assaulting.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting. It has been further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute of passage. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35680 of 2018(3) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
