2. This modification application has been filed for making correction in the prayer portion of the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21573 of 2024, and also for modifying in paragraph 6 of the order dated 21.06.2024 passed in the aforesaid case with regard to the satisfaction of the lower court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in prayer portion of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21573 of 2024, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar was typed in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Resultantly, in paragraph 6 of order dated 21.06.2024, 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar has been typed in place of Chief Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50932 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

4. In such view of the matter, this modification application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21573 of 2024 is modified to the extent that Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar appearing in paragraph 6 of the said order be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
