2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC').

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.09.2020, one Muslim Ansari informed the informant that his sister has died. The informant along with his family members went to the matrimonial house of the deceased where they found that the deceased was hanging.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. She was separate from the deceased and her husband. The main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Moreover,

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail to the petitioner stating that there is allegation that all the family members hanged the deceased.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
