2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Atri P.S. Case No.269 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation is that the accused persons took the husband of the informant in a car on the point of pistol and also assaulted him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46632 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XIII, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 269 of 2020.
