ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.222 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the main allegation is against one Bhutak Yadav, who is alleged to have attacked and axed on the victim Yashoda Devi. The injury report, however, indicates that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt substance, which is said to be simple in nature. So far as the present petitioners are concerned, there

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and that they are having no criminal antecedents, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.222 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
