The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of embezzlement of government money by the petitioner and other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the work of scheme no.01/18-19 is almost complete and not a single penny has been misappropriated by the Ward Adhyaksha. He further submits that so far misappropriation of Rs.56,719/- of Yojna no.02/19-20 is concerned, the entire work has been completed and no final

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in Konch P.S.
