2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 60/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons named therein including the petitioners have assaulted the informant and her sons, as a result of which, they sustained

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners, who are having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner no.1 in the FIR and also the fact that she has clean antecedent, the petitioner no.1, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned District Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. I/C, Katihar, District Katihar / Concerned Court in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 60/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.

7. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, in view of direct allegation against him of stabbing the sons of the informant by means of knife, I am not inclined to grant pre-
