Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 407, 504, 354B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, the matter has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
