Since, this Court had given no direction to the respondents much less had fixed any time limit for the Tribunal to decide the claim, this contempt application now filed only for the purposes of issuance of direction to the Tribunal to dispose of the case of the petitioner within the time limit must be held to be wholly ill advised and misconceived.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
