Mr. Amrit Abhijat, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the Court below for discharge, if such petition has already not been filed and disposed off.

Should such an application be filed, the same

If the trial of the case has begun, the Trial Court, in that event, would be under an obligation to conclude the trial as early as possible.
