2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case the victim has eloped with one Suraj Kumar and the petitioner is said to have helped Suraj Kumar and after investigation the police exonerated all the accused persons.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 14.05.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019.
