Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No.177 of 2019 registered under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 21(b) & 22(b) of the NDPS Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.15116 of 2020 on 03.03.2020. Further, the fresh ground of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2019. On perusal of report as called for from the Additional District & Sessions Judge XXIV, Patna, it appears that the charge has been framed in this case.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56221 of 2021(3) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-XXIV, Patna in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No.177 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No.127 of 2019. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
