The present bail application has been filed in terms of liberty granted by order dated 29.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 63438 of 2021 wherein liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge against the petitioner has been framed vide order dated 15.06.2022 (Annexure-2).

Since charge has been framed against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47386 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021 arising out of Paroo P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021.

If the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
