2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.159 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 74, 75, 79, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. After some arguments, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that, during the course of investigation, the petitioner has been extended the benefit of Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS). Consequently, the apprehension of arrest no longer

4. It is, however, made clear that in the event the police submits a charge-sheet and the learned jurisdictional court takes cognizance of the offence, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court for appropriate relief, if so advised.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
