JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that 4-5 persons surrounded the informant and snatched Rs. 20,125/- subsequently, he reached village home then some villagers conveyed him that the petitioner Ganesh Mahato, co-accused Nagendra Singh, Mohan Singh and Bhushan Sah were the persons who kidnapped the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that merely on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled and till date petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
