JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsauni P.S.Case No.09 of 2017 registered under Sections 342, 323, 307, 379 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is delay of six days in institution of the FIR and nature of injury caused on the person of the informant was found simple as would appear from paragraph 20 of the case diary, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26781 of 2017 (4) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No.09 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
