JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 502 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of minor girl and it further appears that the case is of the year 2015.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the victim girl had gone with the petitioner on her own sweet will and married the petitioner and they are living as husband and wife, which she has stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that petitioner has no knowledge about the case, as such he could not appear.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below considering the above submission that they married and living as husband and wife and and disposed it of on the same day.
