2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 332, 333, 336, 337, 353, 427 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.04.2023.

4. As per prosecution case, accused persons attacked the police party.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
