2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 44911 of 2016, which has been dismissed for default on account of non-prosecution, vide order dated 19.06.2024. It is submitted that aforesaid delay was neither intentional nor deliberate.

3. Further, for the reasons as mentioned in the restoration application itself, the present petition is
