The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bind P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Ram Pravesh Mahto the informant alleged that his daughter was married to Ajit Kumar, son of the petitioner, on 28.06.2012. The informant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the husband and all other family members of the husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased live in her Sasural for about five years but she did not make any complain of ill-treatment against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25977 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 is in jail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bind P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
