JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 20.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is husband of the deceased who is said to have died within seven years of her marriage in a mysterious circumstance and there was allegation of demand of dowry and torturing against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case no. 160/2014 stands rejected.
However, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/ concerned court must commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions within two weeks in accordance with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34085 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 law from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and after commitment, the concerned Sessions court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
