In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 197 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26052 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 court below will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law on the same day of appearance itself without being prejudiced by this order.
