2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021, lodged on 08.04.2021, for offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons with an allegation that petitioner along with the other accused persons have assaulted the informant and fired bullet which hit on the leg of the informant due to which he become injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner has one antecedent in which he is on bail.

He further submits that final form has been submitted against the present petitioner and the trial Court has taken cognizance against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail .

As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. It is made clear that this order shall be operative only when the petitioner shall satisfy the trial Court that he is not absconding in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 which is pending against him (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
