2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner forcibly took away minor daughter of informant on the point of pistol. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner along with other accused persons forcibly tied her mouth with gamcha and put her in a tempo and thereafter, she became unconscious.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
