2. With the consent of both parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is ready to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board (respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 14746 of 2016(3) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 2). The counsel for the petitioner further prays that if such a representation is filed, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board (respondent no. 2) may be directed to dispose of the said representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Mangles Road, Patna (respondent no. 2) within two weeks from the date of this order and if such a representation is filed, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board (respondent no. 2) is directed to dispose of the same on merit after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing further within a period of two months, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application is disposed of. All pending I.A. will also deemed to have been disposed of.
