Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.Case No. 136 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of misappropriation of Rs.26,00,000/- from the Bank branch and petitioner is said to be the cashier.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation and no specific incident of misappropriation has been made against him.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41452 of 2018 (4) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
