====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure fair and proper investigation and to punish the policemen who wrongly raided the house of this petitioner and for payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lakh Only) as compensation for mental agony and harassment in connection with Piar PS Case No. 250 of 2019. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2022, passed in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.180 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 Cr.W.J.C No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs. State of Bihar and Others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
