The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4, 13 of the POSCO Act.

It is a case of committing rape upon the daughter of the informant by many persons including the son of the petitioner with the help of the own mother of the victim and the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56734 of 2021(5) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 this case. The victim in her 164 Cr.PC statement has not whispered about the complicity of this petitioner. Moreover, the victim is suffering from Cancer. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, POSCO Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 47 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
