The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 101/2019, arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 157/2014, instituted for offences under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, informant got information that her husband Girja Kumar has been admitted in Rack Hospital, Rajendra Nagar, Patna. When she reached at the hospital, the second wife of her husband, her mother Kaushalya Devi and brother Munna Yadav fled away.

No.46029 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the other co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18319/2019. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 7th, Danapur, in connection with S.Tr. No. 101/2019, arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 157/2014, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
