2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 10341 of 2022 (Kishori Kumari Vrs. The State of Bihar & others) to its original file, which has been dismissed for default due to non-compliance of preemptory order dated 11-11-2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev

Patna High Court MJC No.1888 of 2023(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 Prakash Sharma.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph No. 4 to 7, the MJC No. 1888 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. CWJC No. 10341 of 20222 is restored to its original file.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner to remove the defects within a period of three weeks failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
