The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 376 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in the present false case due to village politics. After investigation, police has submitted final form in the case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26534 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 376 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
