The present writ petition has been filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16092 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for directing the respondents to make immediate payment of the pension and other post retiral dues of the petitioner after fixation of his correct pay and other admissible amount along with arrears of the petitioner after fixation of such correct pay, since even though petitioner retired on 31.01.2005 he has been deprived of his post retiral dues and arrear."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
