JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37486 of 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 37486 of 2023, vide order dated 03.07.2023 but due to mistake, in the prayer portion of the said bail petition, the word 'Supaul' has mistakenly been typed in place of phrase 'Birpur'.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37486 of 2023 is modified to the extent that in place of the word 'Supaul' it shall be read as 'Birpur'and the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S.
