JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehus P.S.Case No.10 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 of the Antiquities and Art Treasurer Act.

Considering the fact that name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in connection with a case registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Antiquities and Art Treasurer Act, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26841 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
