Mr. Chaudhary Shyamnandan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 28.06.2019 as well as order dated 11.09.2019, entire amount of Rs. 5 lakh has been paid to the informant by the petitioner by 23.09.2019. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.254 of 2017, in which cognizance under Section 420 of the I.P.C. was taken by the learned Magistrate. It appears that the matter was referred for Mediation before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre where the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42852 of 2018(11) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 mediation failed. However, in pursuance of order dated 28.06.2019 and 11.09.2019, a sum of Rs.5 lakhs has already been paid to the informant by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of surrender by him, he shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge-IV, Barh, Patna, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
