JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2022 Mr. Mithilesh Kumar, learned Advocate submits that the petitioners have taken no objection from him and as such, he may be absolved from appearing in this case.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, he is discharged from appearing in this case. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners. However, Dr. Ajeet Kumar, learned APP appears for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.438 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 448, 147, 149, 341, 308, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.438 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
