In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.19 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, three unknown persons have looted away the tractor of the informant. During investigation, the accused persons have been arrested and on their statement the goods were recovered. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
