Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that by invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court, the petitioners sought quashing of order dated 13.08.2019 whereby the learned

No.11344 of 2021(3) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi took cognizance for the offence under Sections 498(A), 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. 227 of 2019, however, during the pendency of this application, the charges have been framed and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise all the points before the learned trial court. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the learned trial Court.
