2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 13.06.2023 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-11th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this
