ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.03 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, admittedly, the injury was caused on account of mistake. There is no specific allegation as to who had fired so as to hit the informant. The firing, admittedly, was made at the "Neelgay" and the informant was injured on account of some misfiring. Considering the nature of allegations and that the act
