Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit showing that during the pendency of this writ application, the petitioner has been appointed as a Prakhand Teacher vide Memo No. 1639 dated 31.12.2015 as Annexure-12 of the supplementary affidavit.
