This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act. The petitioner was caught on the spot. He has an antecedent list of eight cases.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. The District Judge, Gaya, the District Judge, Nalanda, the District Judge, Nawada and District Judge, Patna are directed to get the trial of the following cases pending against the petitioner expedited:-
