2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 606 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/406/379/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the deceased were in illicit relation and when the deceased pressurized the petitioner to marry her, he refused and thereafter, the deceased committed suicide on his refusal by consuming poison.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that even if the submission of the petitioner is taken to be true still it is a case of 306 of the Indian Penal Code and

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the Court below without being prejudiced by the fact that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court.
