The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 309 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on the statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2), she has categorically stated that her age is about 18 years and married with the petitioner, she wants to live

Further he submits that both the parties have entered into compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 309 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
