JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner pointed pistol upon the informant, thereafter co-accused Ritesh Jha and Mohit Ray snatched his money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that it was he who pointed pistol upon the

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
