JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Trial No. 1309 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C- 763 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law of the opposite party no. 2. They have been made victim of false implication merely because they are relative of her husband. As a matter of fact, petitioners live separately from the husband of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1309 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. C- 763 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
