ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.116 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against the husband of the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar, and not the present petitioner, who is alleged to have illegally transfer a shop which was allotted in the name of one Savitri Devi. It is alleged that Sanjay Kumar got transferred the shop in the name of his wife Kiran Devi, the present petitioner.

No.27037 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that the main allegation is against Sanjay Kumar and not the present petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.116 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
