Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A)/34 of the IPC and sections 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through mediation process on the terms of settlement mutually agreed by the parties, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for O.P. No.2.

In view of the mediation report dated 27.11.2019 that the dispute between the parties has been resolved, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45835 of 2019(4) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down hereinabove and under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. with further condition is that if the petitioner fails to fulfill the terms and conditions of the settlement, in that case learned counsel for O.P. No.2 will be at liberty to file application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
