JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i.For directing the respondent nos.

2 and 3 to declare the petitioner as successful candidate and eligible for the recruitment for the post of constable in Bihar Police and other units of the State of Bihar as per the CSBC Advertisement No. 02/2019.

ii.For directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner the on post of constable in Bihar Police and other units of the State of Bihar as per the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16763 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 CSBC Advertisement No. 02/2019."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent Central Selection Board of Constable submits, by referring to paragraph no. 13 of the counter affidavit, that the cut off marks for the category of the petitioner is 76, while the petitioner has got only 62 marks, hence he has not qualified in the selection process.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
